First allow me to introduce myself. I am Vectra Barnette and yes there is a real person behind the Vectra fabric protector products. In fact everything I wear is treated with “Vectra”—from head to toes, clothing, handbags, shoes, gloves, scarves, etc. I can always manage to sit in anything that has been left on the seat in a restaurant, but I can remove it easily and maintain my clothing myself because everything is treated. This makes my lifestyle so much easier. Let me share with you what I am presently doing. I have been collecting couture designer costume jewelry and accessories for the past 35 plus years. My husband, Robert has been telling me for years to “shop in my closet”. I did and I was completely surprised to see what I had amassed over the years. I found a large collection of “Yves Saint Laurent” jewelry and accessories, belts, etc., as well as a substantial collection of Chanel: jewelry, pins, and necklaces. Tons of earrings, etc... These two designers were among the first to endorse and promote costume jewelry as an intrinsic value and highly important element of their clothing designs for the total look. I have wonderful jewelry from other designers as well: Christian Lacroix, Isabel Canovas, Dominique Aurientis, Karl Lagerfeld, Wendy Gell, Steven Dweck, Oscar de la Renta and many others. I always bought what appealed to me esthetically and things that I really loved. I must have loved a lot of goodies. As time goes by I will show you various collections of gloves, belts and handbags as well. Please come and view a few things  from my treasure closet now. This will be an ever changing journey. Most of the jewelry items have been signed by the designer and almost all are highly collectable pieces. Things you no longer can find or even are available. You will not see them coming and going.
